Four-line timken bearings provide maximum capacity in minimum space, combining the qualifications high radial load capacity or thrust and direct / indirect variables assembling tapered roller bearings. 

Their main application is the deployment on the neck of rolling mill equipment. The four rows bearings are supplied as pre-assembled series matched with all elements identified to ensure proper installation sequence.

TQO bearings are mounted directly and composed of two races domestic double, two singles and a double external course, with a spacer inner and outer race two spacers.

The slots in the inner ring spacer permit movement of lubricant and scope of room for the deployment of the neck. The inner ring spacers are strengthened in order to minimize wear face.

Design Attributes

Applications
From low and average speed rolling

TQOW bearings are similar to TQO bearings. When the net and / or filling rings do not have slotting lubrication, they are provided on the face of the inner harbour of the race.

Design Attributes
Similar to TQO, except that the cone had faced the lubrication of slots at each side.

Applications

From low and average speed rolling

Type TQIT bearings have a conical bore which is offset and continues in the interior races. This allows for a fit on the rolls of safeguarding high-speed factories, where losing an inner ring worthy of a right bore the rotation because of excessive wear neck. 

The indirect consequences of mounting the rotation increases the pairs overall spread of the port, providing optimum stability rigidity and roll.

Two single-bore conical cones, a conical bore double cone, four cups and one cup three spacers.
Front single face cones and the two sides of the double cone are extended to contact each other.
Cone bore conical are matched to type continues through the cones.
Lubrication delivered in three cup spacers.
