NSK ball bearings will accomodate moderate to heavy radial loads and low to moderate thrust loads in either direction.  There are multiple types in order to suit specific application requirements.

Deep groove radial bearings are manufactured as open bearings or with shields or seals.
Max Type bearings are used in applications involving heavy radial loads and low speeds where thrust loads are comparitively low.

Double row bearings are used in applications where there are high radial loads and axial loads in both directions.

Self-Aligning bearings allow for misalignment of the shaft and housing.  They are manufactured with two rows of balls and one continuous spherical raceway in the outer ring. Mast Guide bearings have a high load capacity and are specifically designed for use in fork lift trucks.

Integral shaft bearings, or “water pump bearings”, are largely used in automotive markets.  They do not require an inner ring, and feature double lip seals to prevent contamination.
Angular contact bearings are used where radial and thrust loads are combined in the same application.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

NSK Cylindrical Roller bearings are designed to carry heavy loads and are suitable for high speed applications.  Their rolling elements are ground to provide maximum contact with the raceway and are precisely crowned to avoid edge loading due to shaft misalignment.

Spherical Roller Bearings

NSK Spherical Roller bearings are double row self-aligning bearings capable of carrying heavy radial loads combined with moderate thrust loads in either direction.  Spherical roller bearings are extremely resistant to shock loads and their self-aligning feature allows full capacity loading despite shaft deflection.

Shaker screen spherical roller bearings are designed to accomodate high loads, static and dynamic misalignment, and severe environmental conditions inherent in vibrating applications such as screens, feeders, and compactors.

Triple ring bearings are specially designed for use with controlled crown rolls used extensively in the paper industry.  These high load capacity bearings provide “shaft within shaft” operation, while simplifying the surrounding structure and installation.

Tapered Roller Bearings

NSK Tapered roller bearings are designed to take combined heavy radial loads and heavy radial thrust loads in one direction while operating at moderate speeds.  Both metric and inch tapers are offered with the only difference being the dimensions of the measure for the bearings.

NSK’s patented HR High Capacity metric tapers offer additional capacity within the same boundary dimensions and are interchangeable with standard metric tapered roller bearings.
